Domestic Delivery Policy

Processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days of payment.

If we are experiencing order volume issues, domestic shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in international transit for domestic delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone

packages not collected within 7 days will be subjected to storage fees.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

Jetlocker ships to company lockers as a mode of delivery and to home addresses in New Providence. We do not ship to P.O Box addresses.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a notification once your order/parcel has been delivered to a locker and is therefore ready to pick up. In the case of at-home delivery; you will be notified via phone or mail of delivery confirmation.

Damages and Order Accuracy

Jetlocker is not liable for packages damage or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Jetlocker is not responsible for inaccurate orders, or orders that don’t match purchase description and condition.
