Jetlocker does not accept return of orders once collected. We also do not support return of shipments to suppliers or retailers.


Jetlocker does not issue refunds on payments unless to rectify an error made in pricing, or to reflect an adjustment made

If the refund meets our policy, refunds will be made within accordance of the card issuer's policies.


Not collecting your parcel within 60 days will amount to a cancellation, after which we are no longer responsible for it. These items may be sold or donated.
